The Friday Flashback.

This is another flashback to when we took part in the Cat-O'Lympics in 2010 and this event was the:
EXTREME TREE CLIMBING.

We have entered the Extreme Climbing event hosted by The House of Cats.

Flynn: I have been practicing hard over the last four years to be at my peak for this year's Winter Olympics. Eric waits lower down for me to give me advice on my technique.
NOTE: We are sometimes getting an error message for the video, so if it won't play for you, you can see it on the original post here.

Sometimes I have had a slight wobble on my dismount....

But I now have overcome that...

and feel purrfectly at home up in the heights of the old Oak tree.

Eric: I prefer the lower tree discipline rather than the extreme climb....

although with the right incentive, I will climb higher.

Friday's Favourite Fotos Flashback.

Eric: Look at me, I'm up a tree!

Flynn: Huh! You call that tree climbing?

Hehe! That's the way to worry mum.

She yells at me to come down. She has zoomed in, so it is a lot higher than it looks.

I' ll be down when I finish chewing this twig.

Friday's Favourite Fotos Flashback - Trees.

Flynn: I started my tree climbing at an early age.

It didn't take long before we were both climbing up through the eight foot high leylandii hedge to get a good view of the world.

Eric: Sometimes I would take a look out when I was halfway up.

I liked to go out on this branch to watch the fevvers eat their peanuts, but for some reason they never came while I was there.

So I would look in the ivy to see if they were hiding in there.

Of course we can't forget the Christmas tree either.
