Tree Wars.

Flynn: I like to get on the cat tree and play with my Christmas tree that I got from last year's Secret Paw who was Baby Patches

Oops, dropped it.

Thanks mum.

Uh oh here comes Eric and he thinks this cat tree belongs to him.

Eric: lick lick.

lick lick lick. If I keep licking Flynn will go.

Muuuum, he won't get down and I've only got a tiny corner.

Haha! I knew he would get down if I kept on. Now I can sit here with my favourite mousie Fred Bare, previously known as Scruffy Rat.

Flynn: It's not fair, I was there first.
In yesterday's Wordless Wednesday we were asked what we were looking at. Eric was just dozing and I wanted him off the cat tree. The photo was taken a split second before I bit his ear!

Mum has finished putting up her photos from their cruise. They are over several days and you can see them here.

Mancat Monday.

Eric: We have taken mum for her walk around the fields and now it is time to go back.

Come on Flynn, it's tea time.

We will just have a last look on our way back to see if there are any mousies about.

Two pairs of eyes are better than one for looking.

Okay, that's enough. Lets go and get our food.

Whole Lot of Sniffin' Going on.

Flynn: We don't get out for as many walks now, so when we do we have to stop and have a good sniff.

Eric found a good place to sniff,

so I thought I had better check it out in case it was a better sniff than I had found.

Eric: That is enough sniffing for now, I am having a look around instead.

I can't see anything interesting.

What are you doing Flynn?

Flynn: Shhh, I thought I heard a mousie.

Eric: No, I think you are hearing things. Lets go for a walk down to Badgerlands.

sniff sniff sniff. There are lots of smells here.

Remember this picture from Wordless Wednesday? We are getting very strong badger sniffs now.

Eric: Wow! These smells are just getting stronger and stronger.

Come on Flynn, lets get out of here.

Friday's Favourite Fotos Flashback.

Look out! There is a scary monster approaching!
Please notice I have not always had a saggy tummy. I was quite slim back then. This photo was taken before we had a computer which is now where the 2 toy boxes are.

No Smiles.

It's a nice to have an uninterrupted bath before bed.

What do you mean, give you a smile?

You can ask all you like.

I don't do smiles to order.

Sunny

We were very sad to hear that our friend Sunny has gone to The Rainbow Bridge. A lot of you will not know him as he hasn't blogged for about 18 months.
We first met him when I, Eric, asked if any kitties had 3 nose freckles like me. I received an email from Sunny who said his Beans thought I was his double. He didn't have a blog then and said his mum didn't think she would have enough time to help him. Between us we persuaded her to start a blog for him called Mommy's little Fat Boy . His sisters Olive Oyl and Rascal joined him on the blog too.
You can see our post where we first introduced him here.
Run free and happy at The Bridge Sunny. We will miss you.

NutriCat Reviewed.

Just before our Beans went on holiday and before we got locked up we had an email. That's right, WE had an email, not our mum, but us! It was from a nice lady who asked us if we would like to review a new dry cat food called NutriCat. We told her we would be unavailable for a month but she said that was no problem she would get in touch with us again when we had been released from purrison. She contacted us again and a couple of days later a package arrived addressed to us.

There was a yummy looking bag of food for us and a tote bag for our mum.

Eric: Hmm this smells good.

Oh come on mum, never mind about getting pictures, food is more important.

At last!

Mmm, this is very yummy. We like it very much.
Flynn: Mum laughed when she saw this photo. She said my mouth looks like an excavator shoveling in the food.
We tried the NutriCat Light which is Tuna flavour. Mum said that the Light would be best for us as Eric still needs to lose another pound or so.
I, Flynn, can be quite a picky eater, but I am enjoying it as much as Eric does, and he is a walking dustbin!

Often with new food we love it for the first day, then mum goes out and buys a good supply and we decide we don't like it any more. We have been eating this for 4 days now and we are enjoying it just as much as the first day.

Saturday Scent.

What is the most important job that a mancat needs to do on his release from lock up?

Leave his scent of course and get rid of that awful introoder smell.

sniff sniff sniff hmm doesn't seem to bad here.

but this definitely needs a bit of Eau de Flynn.

Eric: Keep up the good work Flynn and I will nom this grass down to size.
