Flynn and the Mouse Hole.

When we were on our way back from a walk, I saw a mousie hole. Of course every one knows you can't leave mousie holes unexplored.



We would like to wish our mum and dad a very happy wedding anniversary today. We didn't think there was a traditional gift for their anniversary like silver, golden, ruby etc. so we googled it and found out it is their lace anniversary.

Seeking Mr. Mouse.

Flynn: This is my favourite place to go mousie hunting. The hedge is full of mousie holes and if I sit quietly, I can usually hear them.

Shhh, I hear one.

I pounce but sometimes they run too far down their hole where I can't reach them.

I put my arm down as far as I can to see if I can feel them down there.

Eric: Watcha doin' Flynn? Have you got a mousie?

Well come on, have you got it or not? Let me see.

Flynn: Stand back, I need to look down the hole.

I can't see him.

I need to have another feel around.
I couldn't feel him so I tried to dig him out. I didn't get him but I made his front door a lot bigger.

The Mouse Hole.

There is nothing I like better than finding a nice mouse hole when I am out walking. I like to see if there is anybody home and reach in right up to my armpit. Mum says that one day there is going to be a big fat mousie waiting for me, and he will grab my paw and pull me right down into the hole. Hmm, maybe I'd better be a bit more careful.
For those of you who were wondering what we were sniffing yesterday. Dad borrowed a mini digger to do some work in one of the fields, and that is the low loading trailer that it came on.
